Codes Not Scanningο
Problem: Camera shows but doesnβt detect codes
Solutions:
Move closer/farther from the code (try 4-6 inches)
Improve lighting (turn on overhead lights)
Clean camera lens with soft cloth
Ensure code is not damaged or dirty
Try holding phone at different angles
Scan Too Slowο
Problem: Takes long time to detect
Solutions:
Ensure code is in the blue scanning box overlay
Hold very still for 1-2 seconds
Make sure lighting is good
Check that code is not reflective/glossy
Multiple Scans of Same Itemο
